In a club statement, Toulouse FC have notified their supporters that following their disagreement over the price of away tickets to their Coupe de France fixture this weekend with FC Rouen 1899, the club will provide a partial reimbursement to their travelling support.
This comes following Rouen setting the price for away fans at €35 per ticket, a fee that Toulouse consider to be ‘unacceptable to our loyal supporters,’ when a travelling supporter would usually expect to pay €10 in Ligue 1.
Due to this disagreement, Toulouse will look to cover the difference of €25 on each ticket sold in the away stand.

Rouen fans impacted by the price
Rouen supporters have also been left disgruntled over the pricing of this match, with tickets within the home section priced upwards of €75. A supporters meeting with the club president, Charles Maarek, could not convince Rouen to change their minds.
In a report, by Ouest France, those that attended the meeting had this to say, ‘It’s sad because we have the impression that he doesn’t care about the world. The prices we have heard about confirm this. They are exorbitant.’
